Site work and paving for a road / highway in Watsontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 10,632 SY Asphalt Prime Coat, E-1 Prime; 150,855 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat; 8,000 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 10,632 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment and 158,855 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal. Paving Contract: Furnish and place approximately 647 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
