The City of Sacramento's Department of Community Response is soliciting proposals to provide the operations of the Roseville Road Shelter and Service Campus. Since July 2021, Dcr Has Established an Alternative Response Protocol via the City's 311 System. Neighborhood Resource Coordinators ("nrcs") Respond to 311 Calls for Service Throughout the City of Sacramento and Provide Resources to Individuals Experiencing Homelessness. The City and Department of Community Response Are Seeking an Operator(S) for the Site. The Roseville Road Campus is Separated Into Two Sections. The Southern Section ("rrc South") Currently Includes 100 Units, Consisting of a Combination of Sleeping Cabins and Travel Trailers. Dcr Currently Has an Agreement With First Step Communities to Operate Rrc South Through March 31, 2025. The City Will Consider Proposals to Operate Either Rrc North, Rrc South or Both Sides of the Campus. Agreement(S) Are Anticipated to Begin April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026.
