Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in North Highlands, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Summary: This Early Procurement bid includes the temporary kitchen provisions in the Multipurpose Buildings to separate the students from construction and maintain kitchen operations, and early procurement of permanent kitchen equipment and HVAC ONLY.** **All other trades will be bid at a later date. - The scope of the Madison ES project includes modernization of existing building "C" Kitchen, all gender staff restrooms, girl's restroom, boy's restroom and related site improvements. - The scope of the F.C. Joyce PK-8 School includes upgrades to the existing Building "E" Cafeteria, kitchen, staff restrooms and related site improvements. Installation of the temporary kitchen measures is anticipated to occur over Winter Break 2025. Construction of the permanent improvements is anticipated to begin in April and May 2025 with completion no later than July 31, 2025. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors that will perform work under the following license classifications must be prequalified in accordance with District requirements: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 ("MEP Subcontractors") to perform work on the Project. The Renovation, Remodeling, and Painting Program requires EPA certification when working on "child (5 years or younger) occupied facilities" and constructed before 1978. In general, anyone who is paid to perform work that disturbs paint in housing and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 must be certified. This includes all firms, even sole proprietorships. EPA certification is required for these projects. The District has a 3% DVBE participation goal in place for this project. DVBEs are encouraged to provide proposals. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. Questions regarding this upcoming bid should be directed to frontdesk@landmarkconst.net . Any proposed changes to these documents must be included with your proposal at the time of bid. Successful bidders must execute Landmark's standard subcontract agreement.
