Provide sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation services that include, but are not limited to, cleaning and preparing surfaces of manholes and the application of epoxy liner systems. The work generally includes, but is not limited to providing rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes by applying an epoxy liner per manufacturer's specifications. The work also consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances as indicated in the plans and specifications. A. Bidders are invited to bid on Construction Contract known as Granger-Hunter Improvement District, 24H: Manhole Rehabilitation Project. B. The location of the work is: Various locations indicated on the Drawings. C. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Obtaining all necessary permits. 2. Project supervision. 3. Mobilization/Demobilization. 4. Bypass pumping as required. 5. Remove existing liner and replace with epoxy. 6. Epoxy line manholes. 7. Grout and seal damaged manhole structures and epoxy line. 8. Underlayment repair and epoxy line. 9. Replace cone if necessary.
