Description The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest to provide professional engineering services on an as needed basis in support of VDOT's traffic operations programs. This includes all aspects of highway safety and traffic operations products and services, such as studies, analyses, design, and implementation and operations of traffic control and other traffic operations assets within Virginia. The awarded contract will also provide programmatic and technical support and engineering recommendations related to traffic operations and highway safety engineering issues for the VDOT Central Office, specific but not limited to District locations of VDOTs' southwest region, Salem, Bristol, and Lynchburg.
