Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/12 02:00:00 PM CDT The scope of work for this Project is to provide project management services for the planning, design and construction of the proposed Tootinaowaziibeeng CHRT41 CFS Prevention Infrastructures, are based on options identified in the FNCFS Facility Capital Planning & Technical Feasibility Study File No. P053341 feasibility study and result in construction of the following; Prevention office/Wellness centre (889.8 sqm) Itinerant 6 unit accommodation (213.3 sqm) 3 bedroom (168.8 sqm) and 4 bedroom (180.7 sqm) transition homes utilizing both helical screw pile and ICF concrete foundations. 2 bay garage Outdoor storage Exterior development of the site. Scope items include but are not limited to: Provide consultation to the First Nation on technical matters pertaining to the design and construction of the project. Assist and take part in the selection of the design consultant and the contractor for the project. Provide oversight on the consultant and the contractor.
