Ashbridge House, located at Ashbridge Memorial Park, is a Class 1 Historical property. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective site and building demolition; site utilities (domestic water, fire, sanitary, stormwater, and electric, along with decommissioning of gas service); renovation of the existing historic building; construction of the building addition with elevator; new building systems; and associated site restoration and improvements. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Award is planned for September 18, 2024 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for October / November 2024 pending contract execution.
