As of August 19, 2024, per addendum 1, the bid date has been revised from September 5, 2024 to September 6, 2024. General Construction; Mechanical HVAC Construction; Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction; Electrical Construction. Ashbridge House, located at Ashbridge Memorial Park, is a Class 1 Historical property. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective site and building demolition; site utilities (domestic water, fire, sanitary, stormwater, and electric, along with decommissioning of gas service); renovation of the existing historic building; construction of the building addition with elevator; new building systems; and associated site restoration and improvements. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Award is planned for September 18, 2024 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for October / November 2024 pending contract execution. Onsite construction activities planned to begin late 2024 / early 2025 pending permit approval, etc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted at online.
