Brownstown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is in its best interest. The Borough may consider the qualifications and experience of the bidders and proposed subcontractors when evaluating bids.
