A portion of this project is funded by the Commonwealth Financing Authority through a Department of Community and Economic Development Multimodal Transportation Grant. Brownstown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is in its best interest. The Borough may consider the qualifications and experience of the bidders and proposed subcontractors when evaluating bids.
