Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services: Rogers General Projects 2024 The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of various projects related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to these various projects will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. Each project will vary in complexity and will require multiple bid packages to be issued. This may also include an early bid package for long lead items. Evaluation factors are: o Specialized or appropriate expertise in this type of project o Past performance on similar projects o Letters of reference and reference checks o Adequate staff for the proposed project o Recent experience with similar project costs and schedules The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
