Successful Bidders Providing a Complete, Responsive, and Responsible Bid Will Be Required to Execute a Master Service Agreement and Project Specific Contract With Milestone Construction Company. Bidders Must Be Prepared to Provide Insurance as Specified in the Construction Manager's Bid Manual Portion of the Bidding Documents.
