Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Rogers, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of the Victory Theater related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to the Victory Theater project will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. The systems damaged include roofing, walls, ceilings, doors, floors, electrical, HVAC, and seating. An early package for long lead items and roofing may be required. Questions should be directed to Colt Craig at ccraig@rogersar.gov. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
