Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services: Rogers Public Library 2024 The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of the Rogers Public Library related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to the Rogers Public Library project will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. The building components damaged include roofing, soffits, facia, Insulation, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, windows, flooring, canopy, doors, drywall, and painting. An early package for long lead items may be required. Offerors should submit proposals that are acceptable solely on the basis of the initial proposal submitted. The City may proceed with award of a contract without discussion. However, the City may elect to short-list some number of offerors and conduct interviews. The City will evaluate all proposals. Evaluation factors are: o Specialized or appropriate expertise in this type of project o Past performance on similar projects o Letters of reference and reference checks o Adequate staff for the proposed project o Recent experience with similar project costs and schedules The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
