Renovation of a municipal facility in Rogers, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of the Rogers Street Department related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to the Rogers Street Department project will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. The building components damaged include steel structure, metal siding, Insulation, roofing, heating, gas, lighting, electrical, windows, drywall, and painting. Questions should be directed to Colt Craig at ccraig@rogersar.gov. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
