Saving Project...

Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of NW Park related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to NW Park project will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. The buildings damaged include a 2500sqft Maintenance building, 5700sqft Concession building, 8 Press Boxes, 2 Shade Structures, 2 Batting Cages, 16 Dugouts, 4 Storage buildings, 8 Artificial Turf Fields, Field Lighting, Safety Netting, Fencing, Concrete, Sod, Trees, Signage, and sports equipment. An early package for long lead items may be required. Questions should be directed to Colt Craig at ccraig@rogersar.gov. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit proposals on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
