Liberty Elementary Seismic Rehabilitation Pence Contractors is requesting bids for the Liberty Elementary School Seismic Retrofit and Improvements project in Tillamook, OR. The scope of work includes the voluntary seismic rehabilitation of the school, specifically targeting the original classroom wing, the 1980 classroom addition and the front offices. All scopes of work are out to bid, including but not limited to: concrete, structural steel, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
