Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hancock, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,700-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Columbia County (County) hereby requests sealed bids for a well replacement at Wyona Park located on County Hwy GG in Wyocena, WI 53969. The park includes a building for public restrooms that is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. The work shall include, but is not limited to o Installing a new well. o A new line into building (may need to remove and replace the concrete floor in well room). o A new pressure tank. o Decommission the existing well. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at the site. Pre-registration for the meeting is REQUIRED. To register, contact Columbia County Land & Water Conservation Department, at (608) 742-9670 by Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). A 5% Bid Bond shall be delivered with the Bid on the date due. For interpretation or correction of any of the bid material, a request may be made to Timothy O'Leary, Land & Water Conservation Department, at (608) 742-9670 or tim.oleary@columbiacountywi.gov. Any questions should be received no later than Monday, September 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). Questions received after that time will not be considered. Questions and answers will be posted to DemandStar and the County's website on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 by 4:30 p.m. (CST).
