CCB 7th Floor Demo and 1501 Market 1st floor Demo The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to demolition and abatement to the 7th floor, located within the County-City Building located at 930 Tacoma Avenue S. Tacoma, WA 98402 and demolition of portions of 1501 Market 1st floor and 5th floor, located at 1501 Market Tacoma, WA 98402. Minimum wage rates for labor to be used under this contract have been determined by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. See the Contract Compliance Procedures for Public Works Projects included in the specifications. A 5% bid bond must accompany all bids, and a 100% payment and performance bond will be required from the successful bidder. The successful bidder will be required to substantially complete all basic bid work within 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. The contractor will have an additional 5 CALENDAR DAYS to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 95 CALENDAR DAYS.
