Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Northeast Pubic Development Authority (NEPDA) requests qualifications from Progressive Design-Builders to construct a new Mixed-use Development using the procedure permitted under Chapter 39.10 of the RCW, as amended, for selected projects for public works contracting in lieu of sealed bids. The project consists of a mixed-use residential over commercial building, with associated parking and utilities The estimated GMP is approximately $10.26M Validation and design are expected to begin in October 2024. Construction is expected to begin by spring of 2025 and completed by April 2026 for NEPDA use. The Progressive Design-Builder shall provide high-quality services including validation, scheduling, phasing logistics, collaboration with the design consultants, manage and estimate design budgets and design contingency solutions, direct construction best-practices, organize design investigative work and provide assistance in the selection of materials and building systems, solicit and manage subcontractor bid packages and supplier bidding.
