License Requirements Class A Liquidated Damages 1,000/day Project Duration 60 Working Days This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, installation of City of Clovis standard meter connections, meters, and meter boxes. SCOPE OF WORK The Work to be performed under this Contract as described below shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, and performing all Work as required by and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, all of which are made a part hereof. The Work shall be complete, including all Work, material, and services not expressly called for or shown in said Contract Documents, which may be necessary for completion and proper construction to carry out the Contract in good faith. The site of Work shall be left in a neat condition. The cost of all Work performed, furnished, and installed is to be included in the amount bid for the various items of Work with no separate compensation allowed therefore. The Project consist of furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not limited to, installation of City of Clovis standard water meter connections, water meters, and water meter boxes.
