Covington City Commission Contractual Award Consideration (Estimated) 2024 Dec. 03 After the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced its intent to close its 23-acre facility in Covington, KY along the Ohio River, the City of Covington (City) began a year-long master planning process with a team of nationally renowned consulting firms including Cooper Carry, JLL, Noell Consulting, DaVinci, and Woolpert. The result is an award-winning plan that brings back the street grid and mixed-use neighborhood which stood on the site prior to the construction of the IRS facility in the mid-1960s. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Anticipated Award Date: December 3, 2024 Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 11:00 AM ET
