North Alfred Street Sewer Capacity Upsizing Project Approximate award date 08/29/2024 12:00 AM The Contractor must achieve Substantial Completion within one hundred and twenty (120) Calendar Days from the Notice-to-Proceed. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a certified check of the bidder payable to the City or by a certified copy of the bid bond from a surety company acceptable to the City and authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, properly executed in favor of the City for not less than five (5) percent of the amount representing the bid or sum total noted in Section B.
