**As of April 1, 2026, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes renovation of 6 historic cabins in Sam A. Baker State Park. The cabins interiors will be renovated toaccommodate a living room with a functional electric fireplace, bedrooms, a kitchen with new cabinets, fixtures, and appliances, bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes, and a storage and mechanical/utility room. The cabin renovations will include mechanical, electrical and plumbing replacement. The exterior construction includes reroofing, repair of the historic wood lap siding, heavy timber repair, stone masonry repointing, exterior door and window repair, and painting of all exterior wood surfaces. The site work includes exterior access, lighting, and adequate storm drainage from all sides of the cabins. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time.
