As of October 17, 2024, project was awarded to Rame Contracting LLC., with the amount of $3,569,928.60. Separate Sealed Bids for "WCCIDA Denham Court Build Ready Site" for Winchester Clark County Industrial Development Authority (WCCIDA), Winchester, Kentucky The project scope includes the construction of a building ready site including approximately 65 acres of grading earthworks, Sanitary Sewer Extension/Connection to existing sanitary system, Storm Sewer, 2 detention/water quality basins and erosion control. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Contract will be awarded to the Responsive and Responsible Bidder on the basis of the lowest bid price, subject to the approval of the WCCIDA. WCCIDA reserves the right to reject any/all bids or waive any informality in the bid. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
