The scope of work includes removing and reinstalling all urinals and wall hung toilets, as well as the flush valves. Removing and replacing all partitions, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, existing drywall, and tile flooring and wall tile. Additional branch circuitry will need to be run from adjacent electrical rooms for all restrooms. Additional electrical and plumbing fixtures will be installed. Question Deadline 08/15/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online : No . - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Second Floor Men's and Women's restroom shall start Dec 23, 2024 and be completed by Jan 30, 2025, and the First Floor Men's and Women's restroom shall start June 30, 2025 and be completed by August 30, 2025 The City may hold Bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding a Contract.
