The scope of work is generally for pothole and base repair work (to be done at night) along Detroit Avenue between Monument Boulevard and Shary Circle in the City of Concord. The Contractor shall have completed within the last five years a minimum of three Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects for one or more public agencies; these projects shall involve work of similar type and complexity, each project valued at not less than $200,000. Such securities, if deposited by the Contractor, will be valued by the City's Finance Director, whose decision on valuation of the securities will be final.
