Reference Number 0000358916 The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting for the purchase of miscellaneous bearing, seals, belts, and sealants to be ordered as-needed for a term of 3 years plus 2-(1) year renewal options exercisable by the WCAA CEO. To facilitate emergency needs, the successful Respondent's (Contractor's) facility must be located within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of Detroit Metro Airport (32725 W. Service Dr., Detroit, MI 48242) as determined by MapQuest, Google Maps, etc. The Airport Authority has historically picked up most of the ordered parts, but on occasion the Airport Authority will need to the items delivered. Delivery required no later than five (5) calendar days after ordered. Advanced notice with Airport Authority approval is required for items that cannot meet the 5-day requirement with a new delivery guarantee timeframe.
