Reference Number 0000359104 The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes for the purchase of cold patch asphalt to be ordered as needed for a term of three (3) years. The Airport Authority is requesting quotes for UPM/CP-7 MDOT Cold Patch, CP-6, Durapatch, or an equal item. The Airport Authority uses approximately 150 tons of UMP/CP-7 Cold Patch annually. Cold patch asphalt is to be picked up in Airport Authority owned single and tandem axel dump trucks. However, the successful Respondent (Contractor) is required to load the product into the dump trucks. The Airport Authority picks up cold patch asphalt between the hours of 7:00 AM through 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday between the months of November through May. On average, the Airport Authority picks up two (2) to four (4) tons of cold patch asphalt at each pick up. The Contractor's pickup location must be located within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Detroit Metro Airport (703 W. Service Drive, Detroit, MI 48242) as determined by Google Maps or MapQuest Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required
