Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Bountiful, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a restaurant; and retail development.
This RFP outlines the requirements for responses by qualified applicants to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for a commercial remodel project which will modify an existing retail space to accommodate a restaurant space. Proposals shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the due date. All questions, comments, and requests for information regarding this RFP shall be directed to Lloyd Cheney, Bountiful City Engineer via email at lloyd@bountiful.gov. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or technicality, or to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner.
