Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the replacement of approximately 1,300 feet of concrete 12-inch gravity sewer main, and 560 feet of concrete 15-inch gravity sewer main with 12-inch and 16-inch HDPE sewer main by pipe bursting on Pine Street and Olympia Avenue. The project will include the replacement of six manhole structures, the replacement of one side sewer, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be substantially complete within 30 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Burlington, Washington. Engineer's Estimate 710,000.00 All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Burlington" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.
