**As of July 18,2025, the project was awarded to Interwest Construction, Inc., with an awarded amount of $3,450,031.95.** Furnishing the necessarylabor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to constructthe Wastewater TreatmentPlant Influent and EffluentPump Station Upgrades. The work includes replacement of influent andeffluent pump stationelectrical, controls, instrumentation, and communications systems: providingnew influent and effluentpump station emergencygenerators; replacement ofthe influent pump stationdischarge piping with newductile iron piping; coatingof new piping and hardware in the influent pumpstation wet well; providingnew influent pump stationodor control system andodor control ducts; construction of two new CMUbuildings for the influentand effluent pump stationelectrical, controls, instrumentation, and communications systems; providingnew top slab with accesshatches for the influentpump station wet well;bypass pumping aroundthe influent pump station;providing all required construction of preloadingthe sites for the new CMUbuildings; required sitegrading; piping and appurtenances; providing allrequired plumbing, heating, and ventilating work;providing all required electrical, instrumentation andtelemetry work; restorationof all surfaces disturbedby construction activities;and provide testing, commissioning, and trainingas specified herein. Coating of the interior concretewalls and floor of the existing wet well is a Bid Additive. The Work shall be substantially complete within 260 working days afterthe commencement datestated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check,postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposalbond payable to the "Cityof Burlington" and in anamount of not less thanfive percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Projecthas been provided by Cityof Burlington, Washington. The City of Burlington expressly reserves the rightto reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalitiesin any Proposal.
