The City of Burlington Parks and Recreation Department is inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals for a periodic update to our Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan which expires February 2026. This update will focus on key areas like park impact fees, trail connectivity, barriers to park access, and gaps in recreation programming. We're looking for a team that can bring fresh insight and technical expertise to ensure the PROS Plan aligns with the City's Comprehensive Plan and with the community's evolving needs.
