Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Danbury, Connecticut. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 22nd, 2024 - this project was rejected and currently being reworked for a future bid. Work consists of all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the following: 1. Demolition of existing concrete ramp and wall, installation of new concrete ramp and railings. Alternate to reset existing blue stone on landing and steps. Alternate to install stones around existing monument plaques.. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 10:00 AM ET The last day that questions will be accepted and responded A bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall accompany each bid. A non-collusion statement for Prime Contractors and any addendum acknowledgements must also be submitted at the time of the bid. A performance, labor and materials bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid will be required. The Surety Company or Companies must be listed on the most recent IRS Circular 570. The City of Danbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be for its best interest.
