DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Remove a portion of an existing masonry and brick wall to provide a new exterior door, frame & hardware with concrete stoop at the existing Housing Unit 1 Library area. Provide mechanical and electrical controls for a new fin-tube radiator and enclosure. Provide security lighting. Provide replacement of doors, hardware & frames at the existing housing unit's entry doors (14), Level 1 entry double doors (2), Kitchen Side Entry door, Health Care Entry door, Storeroom entry door and Admin entry door with spare parts. Additional, provide addition of two exterior windows in an existing exterior masonry wall of the Mail Room. Provide an employee card reader at the Admin employee entrance door. Please NOTE: o Bid responses and bid attachments MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. o Contractors should only submit a maximum of two (2) attachments (both being less than 25 MB) for bid responses.
