The Village of Hamilton is seeking proposals from interested firms for technical services in sanitary sewer investigation. The Village has received an Engineering Planning Grant (EPG) from NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) to further evaluate its sanitary sewer collection system for Inflow and Infiltration improvements, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". The funding will allow the Village of Hamilton to complete a more in-depth evaluation of identified areas of concern and prepare an engineering report to address the sewer collection system Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) issues and identify possible repair and/or replacement recommendations. The Village retained the services of MRB Group to complete a preliminary flow monitoring field investigation for the sewer collection system; this field investigation was completed in 2017. In addition to the preliminary flow monitoring investigation, the Village has undertaken a detailed study of the sanitary sewers along the 12B corridor as part of a larger project. The preliminary investigation & the 12B project have identified areas where a more detailed investigation needs to be completed. For questions regarding this RFP please contact: Jason R.
