Contractor must provide two week notice prior to shipping to include tracking number and point of contact (POC) telephone number. 3. The Contractor is responsible for a white glove delivery and installation. 4. Call POC at least 30 days prior to installation to obtain visitor pass information. 5. The Contractor is expected to work independently with minimal assistance from the Government. 6. The Contractor shall repair any damage caused by his operations. 7. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools transportation and equipment necessary to accomplish the work. 8. 9. The Contractor will also be responsible for all equipment and trash removal that is needed to complete the task. The Contractor shall perform a complete cleanup of the work area after the work is complete. 10. The hours of operation to perform this project will be 0700-1600 Monday thru Friday.
