1. Manufacturer to furnish descriptive literature, complete with specifications of paint bid. 2. Any deletions, variations or exceptions to the specifications must be explained and submitted with the bid. 3. The unit price shall be F.O.B. Grand Forks, North Dakota. The paint shall be ready to use at the point of delivery. 4. The total bid price shall not include any North Dakota sales tax, for which an exemption certificate can be furnished. 5. The successful bidder, when accepting the award, agrees that estimated quantities will be available within the delivery period indicated in the bid. 6. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the City, and bidders must comply with all conditions in the bid specifications. 7. The specific terms of all warranties and or guarantees shall be attached to and be made part of the bid proposal. 8. Bidder will guarantee bid price for 60 days from the date of the bid acceptance. 9. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. 10. Bidder to provide a list of three users of the bid paint and their contact information. 11. Bidder must provide the name and location of the nearest service representative. 12. Bidder is to plan for sample paint application with the Streets Department. All bids must be submitted sealed and properly labeled with the Bid Number clearly marked on outside of bid package. 2. If an addendum has been issued for this bid, an acknowledgement of the addendum must be clearly marked on the outside of the bid package next to the Bid Number. 3. A copy of this form signed by an authorized representative of the Vendor and must be included with bid submission. Additional detailed pricing and specifications may also be provided as an attachment to this form. 4. Bids received after the bid closing date and time, improperly labeled bids or those not containing a signed bid form will be rejected.
