Renovation of a multi-residential development in East Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project consists of but is not limited to: Fire Casualty Loss Repairs Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Location 16700 & 16800 Lakeshore Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44110. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions will be received via email at cousotrigoy@cmha.net. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The construction estimate range for this project is between $86,552.00 - $119,522.00 ScoOPE OF WORK Please see the attached Ryze Insurance scope of work for a detailed outline of the damage repairs. Unit 525, Source Unit: o Install one 20 Amp 125-Volt Duplex Self-Test Tamper Resistant AFCI/GFCI Dual Function Outlet in bathroom as required in Section 210.11(C)(3) of 2020 NEC. The work includes demolition, and electrical items indicated in the scope of work, project general notes, drawings, or as specified during the walk- through. Outlet must remain "hot" when light switch is turned off. o Replace all drywall removed for water damage throughout suite. Unit has been mitigated and all drywall, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances already removed. Walls have been sealed with an approved anti-microbial sealer. o Replace kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, back splash, plumbing fixtures, drains, lighting, and switches. o Install appliances including new stove, refrigerator. o Install new VCT flooring and cove base throughout entire unit. o Install new bathroom base cabinet, sink, fixtures, lighting, drains and switches Clean tub grout and replace caulk around tub perimeter. o Replace toilet, seat, and mounting hardware. o Touch up grout in tub at back and side walls where grout has deteriorated. Caulk top of tub where tile meets tub. o Repair/ replace bi-fold closet doors at bedrooms and living room closets. o Install trim either wood or metal at bottom of baseboard heaters to finish area between wall and floor. o Clean grout on floor and walls in bathroom. Additional (4) units, 117, 225, 325, 425 and common area hallway: o Additional units that have sustained water damage replace drywall, sand, prime and paint. Color: CMHA Bone White. o Replace flooring as needed per Ryze Insurance Scope of Work. o Install new rubber cove base to match existing. o Paint walls corner to corner where drywall has been replaced. Mud, tape, sand, prime and paint. Color: CMHA Bone White. o Repair in place heat register covers that may be broken, bent, or missing. Paint to match existing
