Renovation of a municipal facility in Walpole, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 23, 2024, project is awarded to MassFloors Inc., but the awarded amount is not available. The Contract Documents consist of the following 1. Specifications, as listed in the Table of Contents, as well as any appendices or attachments. 2. Drawings as indicated in the Specifications. 3. Addenda to Specifications and drawings, if any. 4. The sample construction contract agreement, including supplemental AIA contracts and supplemental conditions. Question Deadline 08/08/2024 In order to receive consideration, the Town must receive questions by the close of business. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any supplemental general conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. Flooring at Blackburn Hall DCAMM Cert for Floor Covering Required Pre-Bid Walkthorugh on 8/6 at 10AM at Blackburn Hall (Lower Entrance). 2025-01 Blackburn Hall Flooring. DCAMM Cert: Floor Covering (Required). Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
