Bids received after the hour named will not be considered. A Certificate of Insurance is required. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as most recently amended, and other applicable laws. The Norfolk County Commissioners neither individually nor collectively are to be contacted, nor will they discuss any bids prior to the scheduled opening. Prior questions or concerns about the bids should be presented to Amy L. Putney, Interim Chief Procurement Officer.
