The three locations are at Jarvis Farm, DPW Yard and Town Hall. The Town Hall site is an alternate. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of five percent of the bid, in accordance with INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS The contract duration for the Bid (whether alternatives are included/accepted or not] is 120 days from the notice to proceed. The selected contractor shall fumish a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as stipulated in the GENERAL CONDITIONS of these specifications Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety of the Executive Office of Labor and Woridorce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 270, as , as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Bidder, before bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed work under this contract. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 working days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded after the opening of bids. The project is funded by Natural Resource Damages Program (NRD) Blackburn & Union Groundwater Restoration Grant.
