Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Erie, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment to complete work specified. All employees on the job site are required to always wear their company picture identification. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. 10% bid bond required Work Included Remove weeds, bushes etc. a minimum of 12 inches from the condenser pad. Removing the top of the unit. Remove any debris inside the cabinet. Brush clean coils moving up and down motion, NOT SIDE TO SIDE. Chemical clean coils. Hose off coils, NO POWERWASHING. Reassemble unit. Contractor to notify HACE of any visual damage to unit. Chemical cleaner must be approved by HACE before the start of the cleaning. All work shall be done by skilled mechanics & supervised by a certified HVAC technician. Wages Davis bacon wages apply & are attached. Term of Contract This shall be a 3-year contract. First year all units to be cleaned by December 2, 2024. Second year AMP 1 & 2 & C. Ted Dombrowski are to be cleaned by June 1, 2025. Third year AMP 3 & 4 & Central Office & Maintenance are to be cleaned by June 1, 2026. Contractor to provide a price for years 2 & 3 as an alternative to add pressure test. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
