Renovation of a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.

Items for which bids will be received include: Greene Township Municipal Building and Garage Building Restoration Project, consisting generally of the exterior restoration of the brick buildings Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates are applicable to this project. Greene Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project consists of the construction of the Greene Township Municipal Building and Garage Building Restoration Project including the exterior restoration, including power washing and chemical cleaning, spot pointing, brick replacement, masonry waterproofing, caulking, painting of metal surfaces and partial reconstruction, of the municipal building and garage building at 9333 Tate Road as well as and other appurtenant and restoration items in accordance with these specifications. All labor, materials, equipment, tools and services needed for the construction of this building restoration work and appurtenant work shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor in compliance with the following technical specifications, the design drawings and the typical drawings, if any, unless otherwise specified herein. The Contractor is responsible for the means and methods of the construction necessary to execute the work and provide a working system according to the contract document requirements. Collectively, the technical specifications, design drawings and typical drawings designate the specific work and materials to be incorporated into the project and establish the lines, grades and details to be employed during the execution of the work under this project.
