Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bryce Canyon City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and playground / park / athletic field.

Removal and replacement of approximately 3,074 square feet of standing seam metal roof, including, but not limited to, repair/replacement of sub-roofing components. Removal/replacement or repair of front porch soffit and facing. Removal and replacement of approximately 2500 SF of siding with cement fiberboard siding. The Request for Quotes will support the formation of a firm-fixed price contract for construction to provide all labor, equipment, travel and materials necessary to removal of current steel roof and replace with standing-seam steel roof AND removal of existing siding and replace with cement fiberboard siding. Questions are due no later than 5 calendar days following the site visit. Answers will be provided via solicitation amendment as soon as practical after question due date. Questions will not be fielded or answered via telephone or text. Site location may be viewed here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/hbE83YtgabpcxvrTA The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days Estimated Magnitude IAW FAR 36.204: Between $100,000 and $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
