Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Bryce Canyon City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Schedule I - Apron Reconstruction Schedule II - Concrete Hardstand Construction. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.| All questions about Contract Documents including Detailed Specifications and/or Construction Drawings shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions will be accumulated, and a reply will be issued by Addendum. Bidders identified on the plan holders list will be notified by email that an Addendum is available no later than five (5) business days before the scheduled Bid Opening. Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered. The Contractor agrees to fully complete the Project within thirty (30) calendar days for Schedule I, fifteen (15) calendar days for Schedule II, of the commencement date stated within the Notice to Proceed, Question Deadline 08/15/2025
