**As of September 17th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I AWOS Replacement Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Richfield. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Richfield reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the opening thereof. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 All questions about Contract Documents including Detailed Specifications and/or Construction Drawings shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Any questions regarding this project are to be directed to Connor Butterfield at cbutterfield@hwlochner.com or the office of Lochner, Salt Lake City, Utah, (801) 713-5242 for interpretation. Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered.
