Uintah County is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the 2025 Chip Seal and Painting Project. The scope includes chip sealing and pavement marking across six county roadways, totaling approximately 730,853 square yards of Type II chip seal, 1,370 tons of emulsified asphalt, and 3,070 gallons of marking paint. Contractors must provide traffic control, mobilization, and all necessary labor and materials. A one-year warranty on chip seal installation is required. Proposals must include a bid bond and meet all mandatory submission criteria.
