The Uintah School District is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide the full and complete demolition of USD's Central School, located at 250 S Vernal Avenue, Vernal, UT 84078. The District will work with the selected vendor on a deadline date which this demolition should be completed. Uintah School District is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all equipment, materials, and labor to fully demolish the District's Central School. The selected vendor will also be responsible for the full clean up of the surrounding grounds upon demolition. The vendor will need to provide and lay fill dirt, with 4" of topsoil as per the District Administration's direction. The Scope of Work includes the following: 1. Demolition of Central School: a. Remove building and clean up surrounding property as directed by Donny Laws, which includes adding fill dirt and 4" of topsoil. b. Pricing to include all necessary equipment and materials needed to complete the project. A Cost Proposal Form, Attachment C, is included to provide a breakdown of necessary equipment and materials needed to complete the job but is not a required document if a clear and concise bid cost is provided.
