Description

Remodeling of a library in Vernal, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade library.

The library employee area remodel will convert existing open workspaces into three (3) offices, including demolition, construction, mechanical, electrical, and finish upgrades. On-Site Walkthrough: - The installer, contractor, or lead field representative must attend an on-site walkthrough before the proposal deadline to review project requirements and address any questions. The walkthrough must be scheduled by the vendor and completed prior to the RFP Deadline.
