This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Rule R33 and the Administrative Code of AVWSID. If any provision of this RFSQ conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code, Utah Administrative Rules, or AVWSID's Administrative Code, then the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Rules will take precedence. The purpose of this RFSQ is to determine the qualifications of each interested contractor that will provide construction services prior to the bidding of the AVWSID 1500 South Building Addition which includes the following: The on-site relocation of the existing truck wash building onto a new concrete foundation (30'x60' PEMB) . Expansion of the existing shop/offices on the east side of the site (7,808 SF) . Remodel the offices and bathrooms on the east side of the existing building (720 SF) . Parking/site development around the addition (50,795 SF) These items will be additions to the existing AVWSID site at 1753 E 1500 South in Naples, UT 84078. The qualification resulting from this RFSQ will be followed by an invitation to bid on the project. The anticipated bid date will be in July 2025. Qualified bidders will be given notice within 3 days of the due date of the RFSQ whether they are qualified to bid on the project. Only those contractors who submit and are selected through the RFSQ process will be invited to provide bids for the construction of the project.
